We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Fulfillment Policy
All custom products are made to order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 days. We strive to get our products out as quickly as possible. Check individual listings for updated lead times, as sometimes we get a rush of orders and fulfillment could be up to 4-6 weeks.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship VIA UPS and USPS.

We do NOT ship international.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at randy.mrsteel@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return/Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Shipping is expensive and our products are made to order.
You can always contact us for any return question at randy.mrsteel@gmail.com, we are easy to work with and will make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it fixed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
